Important Information for Permanent Makeup Clients:

Permanent makeup is a multiple-step process. It requires two or more sessions. 

Results vary by client. Everyone heals differently. We cannot guarantee that this procedure will replace your makeup. Touch-ups may be required (at an additional fee).

For the best results, please follow all pre and post-care instructions.

Policies

Deposit

All appointments require a valid credit card on file. A NON-refundable and NON-transferable deposit of $100 is due immediately upon booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and it will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. Your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.

Late Policy

Please familiarize yourself with our location and prepare yourself for Seattle's traffic. We know things happen, so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. We respect everyone's time and we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Please contact us prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. Clients arriving late to appointments by 15 minutes or more will be asked to reschedule.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

Please give us 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service cost.

We know plans change, so please try your best to cancel or reschedule as early as you can. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same day of your service, your credit card will be charged 100% of the service cost.

There are no exceptions for no-shows. Your credit card will be charged 100% of the service cost.

You can only reschedule once within 3 months or an additional deposit is required.

Appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed by text, email, or online.

Important Information For All Clients

All permanent cosmetic procedures are considered a multiple-step process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your permanent makeup to heal properly, please follow all pre-appointment instructions and aftercare!

Safety Policy

  • While we love animals and pets, due to health and sanitation reasons we ask that you do not bring them to our beauty studio.

  • Unfortunately, additional guests and children are not allowed at the moment. Please come alone.

  • No outside food, please.

  • Gratuity is not required but it’s greatly appreciated! It can be added by credit card, cash or Zelle.
