FAQs
Powder and Hairstroke Eyebrows
-
The healing process takes 10-14 days depending on your skin type. During the first week, your eyebrows will be darker than you are used to and will flake off. Do not worry! They heal much lighter and more natural in color.
-
The aftercare will be discussed with your technician on the day of your appointment. The main rules are to avoid any picking/scratching, sun exposure, sweating, and swimming.
-
Please avoid heavy excercising. You may do light workouts, but keep sweating to an absolute minimum. Keep your eyebrows clean and dry during the healing process.
-
Powder or Hairstroke Eyebrows last 2 - 4 years depending on your skin type and lifestyle.
-
We use high quality pigments that are vegan and cruelty-free. They are a highly concentrated formula of both organic and inorganic pigments that are specifically formulated to ensure increased retention and color stability.
-
You and your technician will always have a consultation before the procedure. There you can discuss your desired shape, color, and intensity of your eyebrows. Remember, the first few days are the darkest when they are healing. After they have healed, they lighten to a natural color.
-
No, it's not. Microblading creates small cuts with the blade and ink is applied inside. Unfortunately, Microblading blurs over time and does not age well. Powder or hair stroke eyebrows are a much gentler technique that does not damage the skin. It heals beautifully over time and looks more natural than traditional microblading.
-
No, its pain-free. We use numbing to make sure you are comfortable during the procedure.
Lip Blush
-
They usually last 1.5 - 2 years depending on your skin type and lifestyle.
-
You and your technician will always have a consultation before the procedure. There you can discuss your desired shape, color, and intensity of your lip color.
-
We offer numbing cream before and during the procedure. However, since the pain level is usually 3 out of 10, most of our clients prefer to go without numbing since it is easier and quicker to apply ink into the skin.
-
If you get lip filler, we require a minimum wait of 1 month before your lip blush appointment. We recommend getting your permanent lip enhancement before filler. Once your lips have fully healed, then you can get filler.
-
You and your artist will discuss which colors suit you based on your natural lip color. Once your lips have healed, you may still enhance or change the color of your lips at any time with conventional makeup. Your new lips are designed to act as a base color, so don’t throw out your lipstick collection.
-
The healing process takes around 5-7 days.
Eyeliner and Lash Line Enhancement
-
Lash Enhancement is not the same as a traditional eyeliner tattoo. We do not apply color on your eyelid. The ink goes only in between your lashes which makes the result soft and undetectable.
-
A lash line enhancement requires both an initial session as well as a touch up appointment 4 - 8 weeks later in order to achieve maximum pigment implantation. The pigment will fade out gradually. Depending on your skin type and lifestyle, a yearly touch up is recommended for a refreshed color look. You can enjoy your lash enhancement for 2 - 4 years.
-
We use numbing before and during your procedure to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. Most clients say it tickles! If you don’t feel comfortable with the thought of someone touching your eyes or know it is a sensitive area for you, this might not be the right procedure for you. We do our best to make this procedure pain-free.
-
The eyes heal very quickly with minimal aftercare necessary. The day of the treatment you may experience slight swelling or redness in the treatment area, but it usually doesn't last more than 2 days. Eye makeup is not allowed during the healing process (which may take about 7 days).
